Our speciality is 'fusion cuisine', which is derived from a melting pot of cultures and cuisines utilising a mixture of spices from Africa and the Caribbean, blended with modern British, classical French, Mediterranean and raw foods.
Chef Euten Lindsay was bought up in Jamaica by his grandmother, before joining his mother in London, when he was nine years old. He started cooking at a young age, and enjoyed preparing food for his family and friends ever since. Euten first came to public attention on the popular hit series 'Three good things' on Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's television show.
Following his guest appearances Chef Euten bought his unique fusion cuisine to the heart of Plymouth, Devon. He has also enjoyed a long prestigious career as a chef, working in places such as the Ivy and Pegs Club, in London.
The named Chef, has kept the Caribbean sunshine in his life and has launched a range of caribbean foods with a modernized edge nominated as his popular business named 'fusion cuisine' selling his foods at The Old Friary Plymouth and takeaway with Just-eats.co.uk

Chef Euten - Creates Caribbean favorite foods with a delicious modern twist he also creates dishes for vegans and vegetarians. He also enjoys preparing surprising 'raw salads and juices!' You can bring to his attention your 'desired request' and whenever this occasion arises, Euten is willing to prepare to your liking adding interest and flavour. He uses favorite ingredients with a delicious twist. For instance, jerk chicken wings, barbecued chicken, a goat curry( or mutton), traditional patties, and a hot bread and butter pudding. It doesn't stop there! Jamaican cocktails are also available.
