Clear and Clean are a family-run business, offering Domestic and Commercial Exterior Cleaning in Plymouth, Devon & Cornwall. Having been in the business for over 30yrs, we have amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge. In addition to our standard services, we are ‘DOFF Stonehealth Rosette Contactors’ offering specialist DOFF cleaning, and can also carry out specialist ‘Media Blasting’ enabling us to complete works in Listed Buildings and surfaces that require more delicate handling.

Our Domestic Services include Soft Wash Cleaning, Driveway & Patio Cleaning, Gutter & Fascia Cleaning, Roof Cleaning and Render Cleaning. We also offer both Domestic & Commercial Window Cleaning.

Our Commercial Services include Soft Wash, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, & Roof Cleaning.

In the interests of safety and in order that we can deliver the best service possible, we are fully insured and trained, with Public Liability Insurance, plus SSIP, SSSTS, PASMA, IPAF, Higher Tier Waste Carrier, and Streetworks Licences, plus we have certificates for ‘Safe Use & Inspection of Ladders’ and ‘Safety Harness Use.’

Regular training is undertaken, and qualifications are obtained to use the latest innovations in Exterior Cleaning. We pride ourselves on high standards of workmanship, competitive prices, and investment in the latest equipment.

Part of our ethos is to advise you of, and use the best cleaning methods for each job. Whether we are cleaning a domestic driveway, a commercial roof or a listed building with delicate surfaces, you can be assured that the utmost care will be taken. If public access needs to be restricted, Clear and Clean Softwash Solutions ‘Streetworks Licence’ permits us to undertake this work safely and efficiently, with minimising disruption.
