Senior Night Nurse

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Night Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Knutsford, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This nursing home provides a range of care services, including: nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end of life care, and convalescence care

As the Senior Nurse your key responsibilities include:
• Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills

The successful Senior Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £21.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £48,048 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role up to 44 hours a week working through Night Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
