An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Gloucester, Gloucestershire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This special care home provides nursing care for up to 39 residents. The company is one of the largest Not for Profits Care providers in the UK specialising in providing relationship-centred care for older people in nursing, residential and independent living homes

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse, either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Develop a care plan
• Provide medicine safely
• Oversee the care team plus deliver nursing care to our residents
• You will have the ability to understand and manage the complexities of the multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents, whilst in turn supporting their families
• You will have on-going training

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Compassion and understanding
• Ability to develop caring relationships with residents
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Patience
• Promoting person centred care and independence

The successful Nurse will receive an exciting salary of £18.81 per hour and the annual salary is up to £43,037.28 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
