Clinical Unit Manager
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Leigh, Greater Manchester area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This care home provides long and short-term care for people with a range of different care needs, including nursing, residential and palliative care, along with care for older people with disabilities and dementia nursing care
As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:
• Be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• You must have strong experience working in a Dementia environment
• You must have at least 1 year's experience as a Senior Nurse or Sister
• You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
• You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
