Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN, RMN or RNLD to work in an amazing nursing home based in the Worfield, Bridgnorth area. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This home has been carefully redeveloped and extended to provide the highest standards of care for older people, including nursing and specialist dementia care

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Assessment of residents' needs, production and implementation of Care plans and accurate documentation on residents' records
• The organisation of the Home and attitude of the staff should reflect the need for residents to achieve and maintain maximum independence
• To maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere by encouragement and example whilst caring for the residents
• Helping unqualified staff with in-service training and to keep abreast of current post-registration training

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Able to provide nursing care to older people who have dementia
• Able to show empathy and warmth
• A bubbly and outgoing personality
• Dementia experience
• Able to write care plans
• Assist in assessments

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour + Paid Breaks and the annual salary is £30,888 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days or night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
