An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Hospital Director to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Palgrave, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This service is a medium and low secure hospital providing a range of assessment and treatment services to adults with primary diagnosis of learning disability

As the Hospital Director your key responsiblities include:
• Leading the Senior Management team on site on all aspects of day to day business
• Leading and developing a culture where the very highest standards of safety, quality and excellent patient care are consistently delivered
• Developing and maintaining strategic external relationships
• Driving recruitment and retention plans on site
• Reviewing any audit or inspections reports ensuring compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Passionate about providing high quality care
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Ability to handle ambiguity within the organisation but continue to lead the team
• Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills essential

The successful Hospital Director will receive an excellent salary up to £70,000 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
